35 days old German Shepherd puppy

First of all if you are planning for buying a puppy then buy at least 30 to 40 days old puppy.... If you buy less then 30 to 40 days then you have to take care of him more properly.

feed him Cerelec for some days if he is 30 days old....

After that, buy a Starter dog food of any company like drools, pedigree for him and after feeding, must sure that the dog is easily digesting food and must take care of it that never over feed the puppy....never...

Go with the dog food for 5 months minimum then after shift him to chhapati and rice if you don't want to buy more dog food...

I'll suggest drools because it is cheap and best for puppies as well as dogs.

After 5 months 

You can feed the puppy chhapati (roti), rice (chawal) but never feed him spicy, more sweet and salty... It harm puppies.
